Homelessness charity St Mungo’s held its annual London Christmas carol concert in the beautiful setting of St Alban the Martyr’s church [Thursday 7 December].
The event welcomed over 200 guests, including St Mungo’s Vice Chair Sir Leigh Lewis and Downton Abbey actress Victoria Emslie.
The concert including readings from the charity’s clients Mandy and Liam, as well as St Mungo’s patron, Phil Spencer – best known as the co-presenter of Channel 4 property show Location, Location, Location.
There was also a performance by Jermain Jackman, winner of the Voice 2014, who sang ‘O Holy Night’.
Howard Sinclair, St Mungo’s Chief Executive, said “The annual London carol concert is a true highlight of our year. It is a chance for our clients, staff and supporters to come together to recognise and remember our work throughout the year helping people who are homeless rebuild their lives. Our thanks to all those who took part, and for their generous ongoing support.”
