St Mungo's Terms & Conditions*
Thank you for signing up to the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2023 to support St Mungo’s.
The registration fee paid to secure your charity place is non-refundable. This fee must be paid by you and cannot be taken from your sponsorship. Your charity place is also non-transferable and you cannot give your place to someone else.
By registering for a charity place you are committing to raise the stated sponsorship pledge of £300 by 2 months after the event date. This does not include any Gift Aid claimed against your sponsorship, nor does it include the event registration fee. When carrying out fundraising you must not act in any way that would harm our reputation.
You also confirm by filling out this form that you understand that there is a second stage of registration (at no extra cost), and that you will need to complete this in order to take part in the event.
You confirm to the best of your knowledge that your general state of health is good and you take full responsibility for your fitness in taking part. You absolve us from any injury, loss or damage caused through your participation in the event.
You give us permission to use any photographs or video taken of you to raise awareness of and/or money towards the charity’s work. If this is a problem, please contact the events team at events@mungos.org.
St Mungo’s will use your contact preferences to communicate with you after your event. If you would like to change these at any time, please contact our Supporter Care team: supporter.care@mungos.org or call 020 8600 3000.
When you sign up for one of our events we may collect personal information that might include name, date of birth, email address, postal address, telephone number and credit/debit card details. For further information on this please see our privacy policy: mungos.org/privacy-policy
